What you’ll receive:

• Weather alerts emailed prior to each storm.

• Access to live information, start and stop times, live GPS tracking, and service schedules/invoices via the client portal.

• Liquid pre-treat of paved surfaces.

• Ice melt will be applied to walks one time at the end of the event.

• Sidewalks cleared every 4 inches.

• Plowing starts at 1 inch and every 2 inches thereafter.

• Push backs of all parking spots that are full, completed overnight or the next day depending on the type of site.

• Refreeze ice melt applications applied as needed after the storm wherever refreeze warning is in effect.

• Pre-treat, post-treat, and refreeze will be performed and during the storm, the property will be treated on an as-needed basis.
