SnowX Team Members at Training

continual education

SnowWorX understands the value of learning, which is why we have prioritized our team’s continual education. Each field member is required to complete SnowWorX University to familiarize themselves with the industry basics. We also invite each team member to complete our annual Snow Boot Camp that we offer before the winter season begins. In this camp, classroom-style learning meets real-world scenarios to get our snow fighters ready to tackle any issue they encounter in the upcoming season.

We require our full-time staff to be ASCA-certified and our managers to be ASM-certified. Throughout the off-season, our team members participate in online and in-person courses to further their knowledge of the snow and ice industry. SnowWorX also attends ASCA and SIMA trade shows annually so our team has the ability to get the job done right the first time.

SnowWorX requires each potential team member to complete an online training program from SnowWorX University before they can become an official snowfighter. This in-depth course is designed to identify which candidates have exceptional knowledge of the snow and ice management industry as well as the safety standards in the field. In this course, participants experience replicated, real-world scenarios to train them to reach our standards as well as to instill confidence in them based on their skills.

This intense online training program leaves graduates feeling accomplished and prepared to fight the snow. No matter the condition or situation, SnowWorX makes sure its snow fighters are ready to handle anything!
