Our team keeps more than 5,000 gallons of fuel on hand at all times since we can never be sure what situation will arise during a storm. The weather is unpredictable, so our snow fighters need to be prepared with extra fuel in case a situation calls for it. Fuel stations can potentially lose power during a tough snowstorm and without fuel, our fleet would reach a grinding halt. That’s why SnowWorX puts effort into being self-reliable. We have placed solar-powered fuel storage units throughout our service areas so that we can weather the storms and continually keep our clients safe.
SnowWorX keeps a fleet of backup equipment accessible to our snow fighters each snowstorm. Not only do we have strategically placed backup equipment across our sites, but we have a backup team of operators and drivers on call at all times during a storm. Such preventative measures help our team get back in operation as quickly as possible after an issue arises. Maintaining our backup equipment and making sure our team members are supported in case a breakdown occurs is just one way SnowWorX creates an incredibly reliable fleet.
