Experienced Fleet techs
At SnowWorX, we employ a team of highly knowledgeable Fleet Techs who possess the skills needed to deal with any issue that occurs in the field. We strategically place multiple mobile Fleet Support Units throughout our service areas and deploy them when needed during a snow event. Each account can be reached within 45 minutes, allowing us to provide mechanical support to our snowfighters when needed.
Our well-trained Fleet Techs are here to ensure that our goal of 99% uptime is maintained for our fleet each season.
Aside from utilizing technology to ensure our quality of service is being maintained during storms, we position Snow Commanders out in the field. Their role is to oversee a large network of our Site Supervisors and to provide direct site support. SnowWorX places a Site Supervisor at each location we service who manages the property and ensures their team is adhering to site-specific standards. Making sure there are boots on the ground at each site is one way SnowWorX ensures our client’s needs are being met.
Dedicated snow commanders
Full-time meteorologists
Winter weather is our business and here at SnowWorX, we take it seriously. That is why we have two private meteorologist companies on hand 24/7 dedicated to monitoring our accounts located throughout the tri-state area. They swiftly alert us of any possible precipitation headed our way so that we can get our team prepared early. This is just one way SnowWorX stays ahead of the game.
